Twenty years in HR and payroll systems, the last twelve on Unit4 and Agresso.

I have been test manager on more than ten Unit4 ERP implementations across HR, payroll, learning and development, and finance.

The work has been for councils, police forces, central government, universities, regulated and nuclear environments, international organisations and financial services.

I have configured every release from Agresso Milestone 4 and Milestone 5 to Unit4 cloud 26.x, including Unit4 Business World 7.4 through 7.8.

I provide strategic ERP advice and build the bespoke AI in the same engagement.

That covers the transformation roadmap, governance, technical implementation and support for the in-house team.

I write the test script and the SQL, as the Embedded Intelligence Method sets out.

I typically take one or two clients at a time, retained and embedded, with no delivery team behind me.

I scope the work and deliver it.

I sit inside the client's team: change board, systems stand-up, audit meeting, executive briefing, with the access the work needs.

Day rate or fixed scope, inside IR35 where required. I set out scope, deliverables and fees in a written agreement before work starts.

I hold two credentials. One membership is in progress.
